HOW DO I GET MY RACE BIB?

OPTION 1

Collect at the Expo

Pick up your bib at the City Botanic Gardens precinct during Expo hours (Thu–Sat). Bring your registration confirmation email with QR code or photo ID. Someone can collect on your behalf with a copy of your confirmation.

No race day bib collection. No exceptions.

Bib Mail-Out

Select "Bib Postage" during registration before [date TBC]. Your bib will be posted to an Australian address. Fee: $15. Note: only your bib is mailed — no merchandise. Deadline to add postage via the MyActive portal: [date TBC].

No race day bib collection. No exceptions.

The Race Expo is where the weekend begins.
Collect your bib, browse exhibitors, pick up pre-purchased merchandise, and soak in the atmosphere inside the City Botanic Gardens precinct. This is your first stop before Sunday.

Log in to the EVA Air Brisbane Marathon Festival Event Web Portal via MyActive.

Find the event and select Purchase Merchandise.

Add Bib Postage to your entry before the deadline.

Postage can only be added before [date TBC]. After this date, bib collection at the Expo is the only option.

COLLECTING YOUR MERCHANDISE

Free event T-shirts (included with Marathon, Half Marathon & 10km entries) and any pre-purchased merchandise can be collected from Registration or the Merchandise Store during Expo hours.

On race day (Sunday), the Merchandise Store opens at 6:30am — Registration is closed.
